We provide free 2D and 3D designs for customer confirmation before production, rapid email responses within 2 hours, production step updates, support for third-party inspections, and comprehensive OEM/ODM services.

Can I get a sample? How is the sample charge?

Yes. We can send existing stock samples for quality testing; you only cover the shipping cost. For custom designs, a mold cost is required, which is fully refundable if you are not satisfied with the final sample.

What's your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 100 pieces for each customized design.

What are your terms of payment?

Sample and mold fees must be prepaid prior to sampling. For bulk orders, a 30% deposit is required before mass production, with the remaining balance due after inspection and before shipment.

What is the delivery time for samples or mass production?

Sample lead time is 3-5 days after artwork and payment confirmation. Mass production lead time is 12-15 days after pre-production sample approval, depending on the order quantity.
