Introduction:
With the growing variety of pet food, the demand for high-quality pet food and advanced manufacturing lines is increasing. We have developed various pet food lines and processing configurations based on market demand. Depending on the product type, our production lines cover configurations for staple foods, snacks, and treats. By adjusting processing parameters such as raw materials, temperature, and moisture, manufacturers can create new food types rich in nutrients with perfect textures that appeal to different animals.
Production Flow Chart:
Raw material preparation → Mixing → Extrusion → Cooling → Drying → Packaging
First, raw materials are mixed and fed into the press machine. The processing system produces pet treats of various shapes using custom molds. The items then proceed to drying and cooling to complete the finished product.
