What is the typical lead time for samples?
The sample lead time is typically 3 to 10 days after the order details and samples are confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (with a 30% deposit, and the balance settled after the order production is finished). Additionally, we accept PayPal and Western Union.

Do you provide OEM and ODM customization services?
Yes, customized products are welcome. If you have a concept or design idea, our 50-person R&D team can develop and design it for you. We also offer free logo design and free leather label design.

Are there any additional marketing and support services?
Yes. We provide free packaging design services. Sample costs are 100% refunded to you after placing an official order. For online store sellers, we also provide free high-definition product images.
