We have a factory to produce dog beds, dog bags, dog cleaning items, dog feeders, and dog harnesses, and we also act as the agent for some other brands.

Could you provide samples? How can I order the samples?
Yes, we are pleased to provide samples for testing. Sample fees and freight costs are chargeable. Samples will be sent after the receipt of payment. The sample cost can be refunded after the order is confirmed.

Can I print my LOGO on the product?
Yes, your logo can be silk screen printed or laser engraved on the products.

How's the quality?
We ensure 100% good quality before shipping to clients. We check every single item one by one.

What’s the warranty of your products?
Normally it is a one-year warranty from the shipping date.

What about the lead time?
Samples need 7-10 days, and mass production time needs 2-3 weeks depending on the order quantity.
