Yes, please send us your design or logo with AI or PS file. The color, position of logo, silk screen printing, debossed or embossed are available.
How long can I expect to get the sample? Is there any charge? How many days?
Please send us the model number of the item. We provide one free sample per model, with shipping fee charged to the customer. Usually, it takes 3-5 days to send out via DHL or UPS.
How much is custom design sample charge? Is it refundable?
Molding and sample fees depend on your design. Lead time is 5 days for sample mold, 10 days for mass production mold. Sample charge fee is returned once order is placed. Molding fee refund is based on your orders. Please notice that all samples we send out do not include shipping fees. Thank you for your understanding!
