3. What shipment terms are you doing?

We can do whatever shipment term you prefer like EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, DDU, Dropshipping etc.

4. Can you produce according to the drawings or sample photos?

Sure, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. It is better to save file as CorelDRAW(.cdr), Photoshop(.psd), Illustrator(.ai), of course, jpg and pdf files are also acceptable, higher resolution will be better.

5. What is the payment term?

100% for sample or trial orders. 30% deposit upon order and balance before shipment for bulk orders. Payment can be made via bank T/T wire or trade assurance orders.

6. Can I request modifications during the sample making process?

Yes! You can enjoy free modification services during sample development. Our designers will adjust and hand-craft the sample based on your feedback to ensure it matches your requirements perfectly.
