AI and TIFF are the best formats. JPG, PDF, EPS, and PSD are also acceptable. Any format of artwork must be 300 DPI or above.
3. How do you confirm the product quality before starting production?
We can provide samples for you to check and choose from, and then we make the bulk production quality according to those. Alternatively, you can send us your original samples, and we will manufacture accordingly.
4. What is your standard production lead time?
Our standard production lead time is 40-50 days.
5. What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer/wire transfer) with a 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. L/C (Letter of Credit) is also acceptable.
